I read this quote on a friends Website. “Quiet Mind, Healthy Body” and it instantly resonated with me.
Take care of yourself! Love yourself! Meditate and be still and quiet as often as you allow yourself to be. It is critical for any dis-ease in the body (meditation or quiet time). For me it helps with blood sugar balance.
Mediation, Qigong or Chigong, Tai Chi, Yoga… however and wherever you can find the peace – it is critical for our health.
